Individual Tube Size Center Formers and Counterbend Dies

Ercolina manufactures a large variety of tube size tooling with various radii. It is important not to exceed your machine's capacity rating when ordering tooling. In addition, the material wall thickness is a determining factor when selecting the center line radius. 

Tooling for rotary draw bending typically consists of two pieces: the center former and the mating counterbend die. Remember to add the corresponding counterbend die to your cart if needed.

All tooling is manfactured for mild steel general tube and pipe dimensions. Tooling groove is slightly undersize designed to better form tube shape throughout bend.
